The Objective Simultaneously train and demonstrate the principles and benefits of Activity Based Management (ABM) and Activity Based Costing (ABC) to (a) your senior management; (b) your Pilot Project implementation team; and (c) a cross-section of your employees. Who Should Attend? ICMS will involve off and on during the ABM Boot Camp four (4) groups of employees...(1) your ABM Pilot Project implementation team; (2) your senior management team; (3) one pre-selected department manager and his/her employees; plus (4) a 30 minute briefing for all employees at the pilot site. What is the Agenda?
Tuesday AM: Learn the Basics				ICMS will train your ABM Project Team "How to" do activity analysis and activity accounting using lecture, workbook and group exercise.
Tuesday PM: Apply the training				Apply the training in an actual department and create the software model with the ICMS coach.
Wednesday AM: "How to Use" ABM for improvement				ICMS will train your ABM Project Team "How to" use activity accounting for continuous improvement and ABC decision making using lecture, workbook and group exercises.
Wednesday PM: Apply the training				Apply the training in an actual department with the ICMS coach.
Thursday AM: Develop the Project Plan				ICMS will help your ABM Project Team develop their ABM Pilot Project Plan and Scorecard.
Thursday PM: Gain Consensus Break Camp				ICMS will help your ABM Project Team present the ABM Boot Camp results to senior management and define next steps.
Results of the ABM Boot Camp^©: An ABM Project Plan & Scorecard A trained Pilot Project Implementation Team & Project Leader An educated senior management Steering Committee An actual ABM department example that will be used for employee education. A Continuous Improvement action plan that will simultaneously demonstrate ABM's cost savings benefits and pay for the ABM Boot Camp^© training.
