What is CostMapping?
CostMapping is a performance improvement method that
combines the principles of Activity Based Costing (ABC) with the best
practices of process mapping.
What is the Workshop
Objective?
The primary objective
is to help you improve an existing process. An equally important objective
of this two-day workshop is to train managers and employees how to create,
use and sustain CostMapping to achieve performance and process improvement.
To enhance the value of the workshop, ICMS will work with you prior to
the on-site training to pre-select a process for use during the workshop.
Who Should Attend?

in the pre-selected process should send one (1) employee from each job
