ABM Leadership Training

Professor Dr. Annie McGowan of Texas A&M University recently published "Activity-Based Change Management: A Literature Search". In this study Dr. McGowan says,

"...support from top management provides the vehicle through which resources are controlled, goals are set and monitored, and political forces are generated to sustain an innovation".

The foundation for every successful implementation and sustained use of an Activity Based Cost Management system is built on three pillars:

(1) a Goal;
(2) an Agreement; and,
(3) a Leader.

The primary objective of the ABM Leadership Training workshop is to equip, encourage and empower your leadership team to maximize the results of ABM/ABC in your organization.
